I hate to fail articles, but I definitely do not think that this meets the GA criteria. The most obvious problem is references — there are paragraphs; even whole sections without any inline citation. There are also several citation needed tags which must be addressed. Just due to this I believe it fails the quick-fail criteria. I'd also recommend a thorough copyedit, and perhaps a peer review.
