I plan on completely overhauling this article[edit]

It will be about Casimir Lefauchuex and HIS guns (as well as other things he patented). It will not be about random pinfire things. We have Pinfire cartridge for that and should make a pinfire firearms or something. AaronN322 (talk) 21:38, 28 December 2018 (UTC) AaronN322 2018-12-28[reply]

There is a big mistake on that page but I can't be bothered to edit it myself[edit]

Casimir Lefaucheux is not responsible for the M1854 and M1858 pinfire revolvers -the first metallic cartridge revolvers in history- it was in fact his son, Eugène Gabriel Lefaucheux who designed those. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.226.54.16 (talk) 21:46, 14 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
