Origin of the name[edit]

I'm pretty sure I remember reading an interview with them, back in the day, where they claimed to have named themselves after a headline in a local paper. Did my memory make this up? Did they make this up? Was it a real story? Anybody...? ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 18:23, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

When you're not logged in and add this group's name anywhere on Wikipedia a vandalism filter will alert moderators that you're vandalizing because you're adding the word s*x. It's puritanism, but as an anonymous user you're not allowed to claim any right on Wikipedia. So don't add this group's name containing the s*x-word anywhere on Wikipedia or you're gonna get punished for quoting a real name. 83.85.143.141 (talk) 20:40, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I'm an administrator and I can ensure you you are not going to get punished for using in context the name Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine. Wikipedia isn't puritanical nor is it censored - I've helped promote two articles (1, 2) with the word "fuck" in the title to Featured Article status, for goodness sake! The filters are there just to prevent vandalism, which destroys content and wastes time. --kingboyk (talk) 03:06, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
