Caldereta[edit]

Are you sure that this bird is called "caldereta" on the Canary Islands? The Spanish-language Wikipedia page for caldereta seems to indicate that it is a food dish. [1] --GentlemanGhost (talk) 01:54, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
