reroute one redirect to Engineering Institute of Canada[edit]

I have rerouted one redirect Canadian Society of Civil Engineers to Engineering Institute of Canada. It is the common ancestor organisation for both "Canadian Society for Civil Engineering" and the "Engineering Institute of Canada" (EIC), but the EIC is the direct ancestor with a rename in 1918, while the "Canadian Society for Civil Engineering" is striktly speaking founded in 1972 as a member society of the EIC. I have briefly described some history of the Canadian Society of Civil Engineers as the history of the EIC, so it can be acting as common history for all member societies of the EIC.
