Untitled[edit]

Can Am is rumored to be coming out with 450, 250 and 125cc motocross bikes within the next two years. FYI. :o)

Military models[edit]

There was at least one version made for the Canadian military. Anyone have any info about that that can be added to the article? -- 63.224.135.113 (talk) 06:11, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request[edit]

Change title from Can-Am Motorcycles to Can-Am.

The content is not about Can-Am motorcycles anymore, it tackles Can-Am off-road and on-road therefore it is best to keep it as Can-Am only. Jajomsay (talk) 12:58, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment No, Can Am is historically a type of car + other uses, see Can-Am (disambiguation). The word 'motorcycles' is added as it is a necessary disambiguator (in Wikipedia terms).--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 15:54, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    Then, can we replace "Can-Am Motorcycles" by "Can-Am Motorcycles, Off-road vehicles & 3-wheel vehicles"  ? Jajomsay (talk) 19:44, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request[edit]

Replace "Can-Am Motorcycles" with "Can-Am Motorcycles, Off-road vehicles & 3-wheel vehicles" Jajomsay (talk) 20:54, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Jajomsay - with the substantial changes you have made the this article - are you replicating content that exists at Can-Am Off-Road and Bombardier Recreational Products? Are you aware that these exist? I linked to Can-Am (disambiguation) above and I thought you might have looked at it. This is down to you to sort out, I will not get into it.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 13:32, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
BRP information is available on its website and Off-road information is available on Wikipedia and in Canned-am. What am I supposed to do? Jajomsay (talk) 23:55, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand; maybe you'd be better posting at the other article Talk pages.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 19:14, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Unless anyone objects, I suggest leaving this article about Can-Am motorcycles. Transfer all the text involving Can-Am ATVs to Can-Am Off-Road.Orsoni (talk) 15:44, 31 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I took bold action to revert this article to its original purpose, the motorcycle range from 1972 to 1986 and, merged all the relevant text to Can-Am Off-Road and Bombardier Recreational Products.Orsoni (talk) 09:53, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Biased company PR[edit]

Much of the article is pure advertisement, lacking any objectivity. AoSpades (talk) 03:37, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also huge sections are copy pasted. Amazing how I get cited for the tiniest violation while they ignore almost completely copied articles. Some messed up priorities there.--ෆාට් බුබුල (talk) 06:04, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
