Garbled quote?[edit]

In his article, “Assessing the Impact of Planned Social Change[8]”, Campbell emphasized that “the more quantitative social indicator used for social decision-making is subjected to corruption pressure and liable to distort and damage social processes it meant to monitor.”

This seems like a garbled version of the longer quote at the beginning of the article, with some words changed and others left out. It doesn't parse or quite make sense. However, I hestitate to edit it because I don't have access to the original article to check the quote against it. --Jim Henry (talk) 18:41, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
