General Notes[edit]

Untitled[edit]

I placed citation needed markers throughout the text and tried a quick reorganization of the information. The article could use a bit more information than only that of the discussion regarding the Haitian Detention camp that was constructed within the confines of the camp during the 90s and the use of the camp as a part of the current detention camp complex.

Some ideas: A general outline is needed for the article. I'm proposing that the leading paragraph(s) need to be separated. Then in the body of the article have information regarding the origin of the camp, a list of current and former commands, the history of the camp prior to the 90s, the Haitian camp constructed in the 90s for housing persons escaping the coup, the revising of the camp as a facility to support the prison complexes, and the controversies (Haitian Refugees and Current Detainees) regarding the camp.

A list of facilities could be included to show a more military base aspect to the article instead of just regarding the camp as a detention facility. For instance, the inclusion of an exchange, lyceum, other MWR facilities, etc.User:Aneah 13:43, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Outline[edit]

I added a couple of items and rewrote the lead. I'm planning on adding some other topics and lot more references. Here are some of the changes/Outline I'm proposing:

  • Construction
  • History
  • Facilities
  • Controversies
    • Haiti
    • Detention Centers

Does anyone have any input?User:Aneah 15:03, 23 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
