I've made an appropriate conversion to a disambiguation page here. It will be a bit of a task unraveling all of the links to here, because in some cases the real reference may be to even more obscure Callistratuses whom I have not listed. While it is not the end of the world to have those old links pointing to a disambiguation page (in some cases, I'm sure this is a gain in accuracy), I will be taking a look through the links in the coming weeks.
