References[edit]

It does cite references and sources. Cor martyr (talk) 03:06, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the two "sources" just add further content with much of it being in foreign language which is not really useful for checking verifiability. Plus they are just added to what looks like the end of the article (even though it then expands the article considerably) without actually indicating what part of the article it is verifying and there is no way for the general reader to know to what the "sources" are supposedly verifying.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 03:20, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality[edit]

Unless you explain why this is not neutral and how how this look like personal reflection or essay I'll delete those tags. Caius k (talk) 02:56, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The tags were there for good reason and they explain in the tags all about why they are there. Instead of threatening to remove tags unless you have them explained to you, and then removing them simply based on your lack of understanding of why they were there, using a totally inappropriate edit summary of "removed allegations" when those tags are quite standard tags that are placed on articles in an attempt to improve the article, and are certainly not allegations of anything, you would be best spending your time reading articles about how to create and improve articles such as WP:NPOV, WP:CREATE, WP:VER, WP:BETTER and ESSAY. I have also done considerable work on this article to improve it, wikify it etc including adding an infobox so that it is a lot easier or general readers to understand than it was originally.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 23:15, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry for saying "allegations" (for the lack of a better word). I don't understand how it was in an essay form though. Thanks for taking the time. Cor martyr (talk) 04:30, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Book title[edit]

The proper title for the book is The Victories of the Martyrs. I don't know how to change it. Although it is uploaded on archive.org as "Complete Ascetical works" but this is just part of the whole series and it's volume 9. of that series. Cor martyr (talk) 22:37, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The correct full name is actually "The Ascetical Works Volume IX, The Victories of the Martyrs" which is what it has now been amended to.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 23:17, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another source[edit]

Here's another source on Caius that could be used for additional info: http://anglicanhistory.org/neale/creed_tales/06.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cor martyr (talkcontribs) 22:39, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have added it in a new "Further Reading" section to the article. ♦Tangerines♦·Talk 23:22, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
