Request Edit for "CX"[edit]

As an employee of the Cantor Exchange, I have a financial COI which prohibits me from editing the "CX" Wikipedia page to include a short blurb about the Cantor Exchange. Cantor Exchange can also be defined as "CX". You can visit the Cantor Exchange website at: http://www.cantorexchange.com/

I would like to request to add the following to the "Companies" section on the "CX" Wikipedia page -

Cantor Exchange, a US-based CFTC regulated binary options exchange.

This has been asked, and answered, already. The organization you have named is not notable enough for its own article; therefore, there is no need for it to be placed on the disambiguation page. Cantor Exchange gave itself its own abbreviation, but that does not make it a notable abbreviation. You may rest assured that when the organization is notable enough for non-employees to create an article about it - and include the abbreviation - then it will be appropriately added to the disambiguation page. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a social media page. ScrpIronIV 22:41, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
