"Tilden: Had sex with mother?" The article states rather matter-of-factly that Tilden is the father of the titular buried child. However, this is never specifically said in the play. I suppose it's a possibility, but all the play really says is that Dodge is not the father. Some resemblance[edit]
If the author of this article were to turn to the Pulitzer award-winning play titled 'Buried Child' by Sam Shephard, he might be surprised at the resemblance, at certain points, to the plot summary he has outlined here. JF42 (talk) 15:25, 31 October 2016 (UTC)
