Re-insertion of Leicester Mercury article[edit]
Greetings Mean as custard. I'm about to reinstate a very short version of the Merc article on BHS's outstanding status. Whilst the new paragraph says little which isn't in the OFSTED report, Wikipedia is first and foremost an educational tool and the reporting of the award in the local newspaper and subsequent recording here, itself encourages educational success. Panorama photo?[edit]
@Davey2010: Firstly greetings. The reason I uploaded the picture was that it shows the school's rural setting in a way that avoids wp:editorialising. I'm very happy to change the title to reflect this. FWIW the photo was taken by a teacher and contains nothing untoward. Regards JRPG (talk) 19:38, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
- Hi JRPG, First off I apologize for the edit summary - Could've been a bit nicer, Anyway I've restored the image as it's actually a pretty cool image :), When the image is smaller it looks like the photo actually consists of 2 images which was another reason I removed it, Anyway all restored :), Thanks for coming here first :), –Davey2010Talk 19:51, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
Merging with Groby Community College[edit]
This school is now merged with GCC under the name Brookvale Groby Learning Campus, I think it would be a beneficial to merge these two articles together. Let me know what you think :) Usernoot (talk) 18:34, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
