Correct title[edit]

Is it just me, or is the title of this article incorrect? It's the Bring New Orleans Back Commission, not the Bring Back New Orleans Commission, right? — Muffuletta 04:06, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Good catch. I've moved the article. -- Infrogmation 15:23, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removal[edit]

Bring new orleans back foundation was a once only meeting of local city leaders after katrina. Small towns have these meetings all the time. No initiatives were made, no other meetings too place. During katrina there were dozens of groups like this and none are mentioned. The sources are local and old. they arent very mainstream or accurate or have any backup. Alot of local opinions get put into small town papers. The people put themselves in wikipedia even though though the foundation never came about. There is a huge amount of information and so little sources, in a small town like nola something like this is nothing but trouble. 90% of all this is made totally made up with no backup. I think this should be removed from wikipedia because its not a event that took place except on paper. Oijdgoijg30jg (talk) 23:23, 21 December 2020 (UTC)oijdgoijg30jg[reply]

Hello Oijdgoijg30jg, can you specify suitable sources? Regards --Serols (talk) 16:07, 22 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
hi! a national newspaper or financial news is the only news that get fact checked. I looked yesterday for real sources and couldnt find any, thats why it needed to be taken down. The local papers dropped it after it fell apart. ONly the first paragraph is confirmed, none of the people are. In fact, gary solomon, one of the names, isnt even the right gary solomon. wikipedia has it connected to a athlete not a city business leader. None of the people on the list can be confirmed. Hello Oijdgoijg30jg, the article exists since 2005, so a good source is very important. Regards --Serols (talk) 16:27, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
hi, most of it has been removed since then, because the source is just a personal website. marked low importance and the source is only a website with a lawyer advertisement on it. No real sources for the whole thing. Just a personal website and most of the info is wrong you can see yourself when you click the links Oijdgoijg30jg (talk) 16:35, 23 December 2020 (UTC)oijdgoijg30jg[reply]
