Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because it clearly has problems, but the newbie editor went to significant effort finding a good collection of references, and this can potentially be fixed. --Pharos (talk) 04:07, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You aren't calling me 'the newbie editor' and insulting me! Would you mind if I told the head of Wikipedia about this? I was trying a subject out and then I get insulted. I'm not having anyone talk to me like that.
To whomever left this unsigned comment (Reddogsix is the only non-bot in the history), I believe that Pharos is referring to Ryanjosey who has attended a couple of editathons in NYC, and was making his first page. He clearly made a good faith effort, but missed the bit about WP:copyvio. In the interest of WP:DONTBITE I would recommend we don't speedy delete, and allow the user to RW. --Theredproject (talk) 12:24, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I just cleaned this up. I'm not going to RM the flag, as I am now an editor of the page, but I think it is satisfactory to pass the copyvio threshold. --Theredproject (talk) 12:53, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
