The Charity Commission site entry for Bourne Round Table doesn't give any information that this charity has raised more than £250,000 for this specific event - it's main aim is to provide a social club - the link (which was dud anyway) was invalid as supporting information.

Only add bands to the article who have their own "blue-linked" Wikipedia article, or are referenced in multiple serious and independent publications (not band web sites, their record company sites, or social media), in which case a WP article can be written on them and then linked back here. League of Mentalmen, Ford T and The Conspiracy Club are non notable - see here for what is Notable for WP.

I don't see any reason to limit content to notable performers, but nor do I see any purpose to bald listings of acts. Prose is preferred by policy. Those belong on the festival's own site.
there is enough local newspaper coverage to make reference to valid content, such as the ipact of the weather in 2012. In general this is a weak page, which is a shame given the effort involved in the festival itself.. http://www.bournelocal.co.uk/news/local/bourne-festival-of-fun-kicks-off-tonight-1-5146495 OR http://www.stamfordmercury.co.uk/news/local/sun-shines-on-this-year-s-bourne-festival-1-5149669 tell a better story!
