Biased tone[edit]

In the first section, it ends off by saying, “Nonetheless, ballet remains heavily white, and Black dancers generally face more barriers and greater discrimination in ballet compared to other forms of dance like hip-hop, modern, and jazz. Further, while Black dancers as a whole are underrepresented in ballet, Black female ballet dancers face significantly greater challenges than Black male ballet dancers, in part because there is generally a greater demand for male ballet dancers than female ballet dancers.” This statement comes off as argumentative. It requires evidence that proves this to be a fact, or, state somewhere that this is something commonly argued, in order to remain impartial. Kibrates (talk) 18:21, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Rename to 'Black women in US ballet'?[edit]

This article does not care about non-US black female ballet dancers. If there were exactly zero, maybe find a source for this. Otherwise... maybe just rename it? 2A01:C23:60F8:C800:689E:F03:911F:260D (talk) 16:53, 20 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
