Trauma 99[edit]

As far as I remember, when the movie ran in a theatre at the locarno film festival 2001, pamphlets were handed out about a Dogma 95 counter movement:

Trauma 99.

The pamphlet stated some rules for Trauma 99 movies:

at least one crane shot
germans must speak english, except for the word RAUS or AUFMACHEN
asians must present some form of wisdom by any means
artifical blood must be used in large quantities
only artificial lightning is allowed while shooting the movie

I couldn't find any traces on the internet so far tough, regarding the movement or any other movies that would fit these rules...
