Bedbugs[edit]

I was attacked by bedbugs during my stay at the CasaBlanca. It was confirmed by the Department of Health bedbugs were found. No compensation or responsibility by this hotel. Received a letter from Richard Tomasco questioning my injury. I'm not making this stuff up, it was horrible and I can't believe he had the nerve to state they only found one bedbug in the room. This is unacceptable and customers need to know the risk they take with bedbug infestation. This is not the first time CasaBlanca has had problems with bedbugs.
