2009 "purchase"[edit]

I have my doubts that the 1940s Black and White label was purchased from EMI (via Capitol). Perhaps rights to the name were acquired. Would said purchase also include all original 1940s recordings made by Black and White? The original edit seems to be a conflict of interest issue, as it was made by "Chriswrisner". This was subsequently vandalized, but I'm not convinced that this new label is notable, or has any real connection to the original company of this name. Citations are definately needed here. 78.26 (talk) 16:13, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
