Originator of BOTY[edit]

Forest and Bird have claimed their comms manager Helen Bain started BOTY (although she doesn't seem to have started until aftet the first campaign in 2005). A new editor just added the claim that Michael Szabo was the originator (perhaps he was working for F&B at the time) but did not supply a citation to back this up, Giantflightlessbirds (talk) 21:23, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
