Consistent vandalism[edit]

Just throwing it out there: an anon/sling of IPs has been, and keeps on, adding characters to this page, including the character "Axel Alex". It can be reverted on sight.

There is no DC character named Axel Alex. The villain, real name "Alex Farland", was originally added to List of Batman villains, where his first appearance was said to be in Untold Tales of the Batman. Which doesn't exist. I've removed the name from that page in the past, and noticed it keeps coming up here too. Anons (or one anon) keep adding it. Slap them with a vandalism warning, block them, protect this page to autoconfirmed, do nothing and keep reverting, whatever you want, but this requires action. --Tupka217 (talk) 18:19, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Layout of character sections[edit]

I wonder if, perhaps, the entries under Main characters should be subsections, instead of just a bulleted list — mainly, so that they show up in the TOC? It would make the TOC a little longer, sure, but it's collapsible. And even expanded, it'd still end well before the infobox.

Or perhaps those four entries should simply be subsections of Characters, and don't need the "Main characters" subsection grouping.

Meh. If it was a factual edit or layout repair, I'd just Be Bold. But this comes down to opinion/preference, so I'd rather see if reaction would be positive or negative (or indifferent). Thoughts? (Or, if you like the idea, Feel Free™.) – FeRD_NYC (talk) 18:31, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

When I revamped the character section layout, I did so with an eye to the layout of the Specatcular Spider-Man animated series article. It had to handle many characters- so many that it created a separate page devoted to the characters that appeared in that show. I predict this will happen to this article over time, so for now, I highly encourage you and other editors to hold off on revamping the character section again. Instead, elaborate on each character entry as much as possible. Difference from List of Beware the Batman characters?[edit]

Most of the Characters section of this article is similar or identical to List of Beware the Batman characters. So why are both needed?

Suggest either merging the two articles, or else significantly reduce the size of that section here - it already has the link to the List article for more details.
