removed irrelevant information[edit]

This article about a U.S. Congressional candidate needs major improvement. I removed a section about her ancestry and family because it makes the article read less like an encyclopedia article and more like a vanity page. I'll do some research to see if we can't find something substantial so that her page can represent her views as well as the page does for her opponent.
