Berks County Trust CompanyBerks County Trust Company building – This article appears to be about the building rather than the trust company itself. I'm also seeing that quite a few references to the building do not capitalize the "b" in "building" see here. — Mhawk10 (talk) 06:35, 16 March 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 23:16, 23 March 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. 🐶 EpicPupper (he/him | talk) 07:04, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The name of the building itself is, awkwardly, the "Berks County Trust Company," which can cause confusion between the building and the company that once occupied it. I edited the article a bit to try to clarify. It should be suitable to not rename the article, as the name of the building is simply the "Berks County Trust Company" and the company itself that held the same name and occupied the building does not have an article nor meet the notability requirements for one. However, if the article is to be renamed, I would recommend renaming it to the "Berks County Trust Company (Building)" instead of the "Berks County Trust Company building." @Willsteve2000: Are there sources that verify this? The sources linked in the nomination statement refer to it as the "Berks County Trust Company building". This other source cited in the article calls it "Berks County Trust Building". I'm not able to find any sources that refer to the building as "Berks County Trust Company". Yes, the National Register of Historic Places lists the property's official name as the Berks County Trust Company (see here (Reference Number 100003455)), as does the Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office (see here). Also, when visiting the building in person, all signage for the building refers to it as "The Berks County Trust Company" - an example of this can be seen in the photo included in the infobox, engraved into the stone above the door - and the building itself has been referred to this name as separate from the original trust company that once occupied the building ever since the original trust company changed its name in 1964 (source). • Support Since the article's scope is exclusively about the building, the fact that the name can be used for both the building and the company should be an argument against using such an ambiguous name, per WP:PRECISE. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 21:40, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
