Inline citations/references and Alcoholism of parents[edit]

I'm working to correct some of the issues with this Payton bio; inline citations and references. I've also reinserted information on the alcoholism of Payton's parents. The O'Dowd book provides reminiscences of Payton family members on this specific topic. The O"Dowd book was written with the cooperation of Barbara Payton's son, John Lee Payton who also provided the forward for the book. I would take that to mean that he too was aware of his grandparents alcohol problem; therefore its inclusion in the book. Betempte (talk) 22:31, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Scotty Bowers is not really a good source.[edit]

Scotty Bowers when alive was a fantasist so his use as a source is highly suspect. Otherwise minus his reference quite good. Andrew Dock 65 (talk) 17:11, 26 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
