First students[edit]

I graduated first class 1998. And I did not come from Jose marti middle school that’s not accurate, there was a new boundary line, I believe those students that lived west of 16th Avenue were suppose to go to BG, instead of Hialeah High, I and a few other students that went to Henry H Filer middle had to go to BG, and I’m glad because Hialeah High is not the nicest, cleanest, safest high school and from 42 st and 16th ave it was a bit far because I lived in west Hialeah and Hialeah high is located in east.
