Dear Akhan189: Information in Wikipedia articles must be supported by published written documents such as news reports, books, magazine articles, etc., and not contain personal knowledge or opinion. Also, the article describes Barabasti as a "group of twelve villages". This doesn't sound like an official Indian geographic designation, and I'm unable to find it listed in the Indian census. Perhaps the name is a historical designation?—Anne Delong (talk) 11:58, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bara Basti[edit]

I read through this information and realized a lot of information is incorrect and/or incomplete. The name of "Daulatpur" village is not mentioned in the history of Bara Basti, the name of Rais Daulatpur Akhtar Muhammad Khan is not mentioned anywhere. Some of his descendants live in Meerut, UP, India. Please contact them and get the correct information before publishing it on a public forum. S72.313 (talk) 16:10, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
