ref issue[edit]

@Dan arndt:, It seems the Sunday Observer ref on "Bandarawela Hotel - the 18th Century Heritage Property" is a dead link. Is it working for you? --Lee (talk) 11:00, 17 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Lee: - you're right it seems that the original page has been deleted and yet to be archived. The RootsWeb Ancestry is a copy of the article (so have used that as a temporary link until I can access an archived copy of the newspaper article). Dan arndt (talk) 04:56, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Great! I was looking at the issue with the Pages using infobox building with unsupported parameters and I noted that the parameter "build_started" was causing this issue. Did some searches and couldn't locate a reliable source that said what this "Year 1893" was. RootsWeb Ancestry is the only place I got a hit. Then only after your edit I got to see that it is a copy of the SO. Thanks for pointing that out. --Lee (talk) 05:18, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem - thanks for pointing out the Sunday Observer ref was a deadlink. Let me know if you have any other issues and I'll try and help out where possible. Dan arndt (talk) 05:21, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
