Quality of Article[edit]

This article contains information, but lacks comprehensiveness and context. There's no mention of what the topic "BAFTA Award for Best Newcomer" is, whether the list is complete, when and how the award came into being, why it was considered worthwhile to award it, etc. It's strictly a list, presumably incomplete, but perhaps not. Title/Split[edit]

The title of this page needs to be altered to refer to the new name of the award which I'm not sure how to do. Also, the Best Newcomer award is unrelated (as it was presented to actors) and I think needs splitting off from this article and being referred to on the main BAFTA page as a defunct award. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Steveradcliffe (talk • contribs) 08:49, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
