Comments[edit]

To say that It was the first time since Bava Beccaris that the police forces used such violent means in order to repress a demonstration in Italy is total, utter idiocy.

Ever heard of the "Morti di Reggio Emilia" (1960), of the dead workers at Avola, Battipaglia (1968), of the land occupations by farmers in the late '40s and '50s (tens of dead) of the clashes after the murder attempt against Togliatti in July 1948 - tens of dead communist demonstrators in clashes with the police in Naples, Genua, Leghorn, Taranto etc etc etc (Giordaano)

The new text is not an improvement. It is entirely based one one source only, and contains many personal, unsourced judgements and unbalanced appraisals. Not an encyclopedia article, but rather a political analysis.

Finally, why all this bold type ? (Giordaano) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Giordaano (talkcontribs) 08:53, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The title is totally misleading[edit]

It is to be distinguish between:

and

  • Autonomia (Q6439582) ("Italian leftist movement particularly active from 1976 to 1978.")

The second movement follows the first movement (or is the second stage of a longer process/development) and both are related (intimate); neverless the must be distinguish. In any case "Autonomia operaria" must not be reduced to "movement [...] active from 1976 to 1978".
