Political[edit]

Ausflag is hardly a-political. Most of its key members are supporters of the republican movement. They include amongst many others: Phillip Adams, Malcolm Turnbull and Nick Greiner. The two groups have very close affiliation through membership and political aims. Ozdaren 09:36, 2 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is frankly ridiculous to think that Adams and Turnbull have political similarities. 58.179.4.69 (talk) 14:01, 26 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Flag Proposal[edit]

This is my flag proposal:

The design incorporates the old symbols and colours of the current flag, but in a way which makes it stand out from all other national flags.
It includes:

  • Cross of St. George (to symbolise Australia's history as a British colony);
  • The Commonwealth Star (aka Federation Star);
  • The Southern Cross (aka Crux);
  • A blue background (as per the current flag).

What do you think? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Edd of Mercia (talkcontribs) 15:21, 13 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ausflag website[edit]

Would it be appropriate to add the website as a side template? Flag Mechanic (talk) 20:51, 28 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It's listed as an external link, at the bottom. HiLo48 (talk) 22:45, 28 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No images[edit]

Doesn't it seem ridiculous (and unencyclopedic) that there are a total of zero (0) images in the current version of this article, which is about flags? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 21:47, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
