Dilapidated harbour[edit]

This doesn't tell the whole story. The harbour was actually badly damaged by a sea mine after the Second World War (and even that's not the full story which involves young men and target practice but in the absence of a written account it will have to suffice). Since it was never repaired, it has slowly but surely been destroyed by the sea in the ensuing years. -- Derek Ross | Talk 17:08, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
