Assessment[edit]

I raised the assessment of this article from stub to start. It very well could be C or even B class were the citation sources to be improved. It could have been C class except that my concern is if the sources cannot be verified and/or improved that some of the information would be removed as uncited/unverifiable, thus lowering the rating.
