Doctor with a MA degree[edit]

In this Wikipedia page, a politician is claimed to be a Doctor by using Dr. title with her name. But according to same Wikipedia article, she is just a MA degree holder. Please remove Dr. title or give a reference of her doctorate degree (like PhD, MBBS, BAMS, BVSc etc.).
