Wrong date format

Per MOS, the date format should be changed back to the way it was before today. Hopefully, whoever decided to change it will restore it. --Light show (talk) 16:52, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Better photo

A better photo should be found, if possible. The current black-and-white photo, apparently taken candidly at a conference or convention, has a large shadow across the right side of Grove's face, making it hard to distinguish his features.19:06, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
