Question about the heirs of André Mandouze[edit]

The Nordrhein-Westfälische Akademie der Wissenschaften (Academy of Sciences Germany) aims to digitalize the „Reallexikon für Antike und Christentum” to which Mr. André Mandouze contributed. Due to the fact that that Mr. André Mandouzehas already died, the Academy of Sciences is unable to license the intellectual property rights directly by him. In this case the German Copyright Law demands his legal successor to approve the usage of his intellectual property rights. In a first step the Academy of Sciences is collecting all accessible information of the legal successor and heirs.
