"that" apparently should be capitalized[edit]

"that" in the title of the article is lower case, but in the first line of the article it is upper case. Obviously, they should be consistent. I don't have a copy of the first edition to check its title page, but the links in footnotes 2, 4, and 5 all show "That" capitalized. I would capitalize it in the title of the article if I knew how to edit a title. I read that it is done by performing a page move (WP:MOVE), but I don't know how to do that.
