Amos Webber was born and black and free man in the state of Pennsylvania in the year of 1826. He believed in self improvement, self help, and the basic principles of human rights and equality as stated in the Declaration of independence.In the black community of Worcester, MA, Webber was one of the highest and trusted leaders.
