Real Estate Market

What is the source for the information in this section, and as of what date are the numbers valid? Also, it's incorrect to say the "average median" price for homes, it's either the average, or the median. Robertknyc 02:26, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

The average is for home prices, and the median is for rental price. How is that incorrect. These stats are from the US census report. Giraki 09:49, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

Demographics

This section contains the following statement: "Alpharetta consists of 31,852 housing units, which accounts for half of Fulton County's homes." The italicized portion can't be correct, as Fulton County contains Atlanta, GA. The Fulton County entry states that Fulton County has 348,632 housing units. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.148.188.254 (talk) 14:21, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

This section needs to be rewritten to provide a useful, encyclopedic analysis of the census numbers rather than just quoting them verbatim. There is little value in restating in sentences what a link to a chart can more adequately present. Nafisto (talk) 22:35, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

Someone should add Alpharetta Fulton.png as the image. I would but i'm not sure how to resize. Akubhai 19:55, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Three bank failures in this city in less than two years. How do we note this?

Alpharetta, GA has just suffered its third bank failure since 2007. Should this article note this, and how do we note this? Should we use another section? Jesse Viviano (talk) 21:26, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Reads like an advertisement for the city

The tone of this article is extremely biased in favor of the subject. The first version of this article as of February 2 is far more neutral, although it contains less information. Qqqqqq (talk) 16:03, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

I'm going to revert back to that version for now. The current version is just ridiculous. Qqqqqq (talk) 04:34, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
