Date of birth[edit]
In August 2018, an IP (who has made no other contributions to Wikipedia before or since), in two edits here and here, added an exact date of birth - 4 June 1784. No source or edit summary. The DNB (1891) and ODNB (2004) both gave Kempe's d.o.b. as c.1785; but this was revised in 2015 to baptised 16 July 1784. Born on 4 June is therefore plausible, but we still have no source.
