This is a duplicate of Alea (Arcadia) and another article created by Carlossuarez46. I left a note on his talk page, but he didn't take action. T8612 (talk) 20:32, 8 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently not. Stephanus says there are two other places called Alea, one of which is in Thessaly. Here's a link to the German translation at Archive.org. Tried to check the other source first, but could not get adequate previews to make sure it didn't refer to the one in Arcadia. It likely mentions both in separate places, but since they share a name they could be mentioned together. Perhaps the Barrington Atlas should be cited. Have not checked PW, so it might also be helpful. P Aculeius (talk) 10:24, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The article mentions Hansen & Nielsen (p. 678), where they say that Alea in Stephanus comes from a confusion with Halos in Thessaly. Carlossuarez46 mass-created new articles without even checking his sources. T8612 (talk) 12:16, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
In that case, the article should be a redirect to Halos, which needs to mention that Stephanus erroneously referred to it as "Alea". P Aculeius (talk) 13:11, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
