Accurate and full name first in BLP lede[edit]

Putting this on a couple of Talk pages. WP:Manual_of_Style/Biographies#First_mention states:

"While the article title should generally be the name by which the subject is most commonly known, the subject's full name should be given in the lead paragraph, if known."

None of the examples given in the guideline support the way this article first line is formatted. In ictu oculi (talk) 10:55, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't the subject's full name given in the lead paragraph? Fyunck(click) (talk) 20:17, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I've been asked (reasonably) to clarify what I mean by the above. The point is clearer if clicking on the link leads to the accented example of François Mitterrand. Also, scroll above that is the example of WP:OPENPARA which gives:

César Estrada Chávez (March 31, 1927 – April 23, 1993) was an American farm worker..

I've also been asked why note here and only 6 others rather than note on dozens. Because I felt that this particular BLP was egregious. (1) It's very unusual for Bosnia BLPs to remove a hacek "sh" for pronunciation. In fact a brief scurry round various Bosnia BLPs indicated no other example of a hacek being removed. (2) This page was at the hacek spelling for 6 months from creation in July 2011 till it was moved. In ictu oculi (talk) 04:03, 24 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
