Comment: "He was chosen as a Representative for Littleton in 1887, 1888, and 1889," does that mean state legislature Legacypac (talk) 02:14, 8 November 2018 (UTC)

Seems to be so but I can't say with 100% certainty because the writing is a little opaque. See page.245 of the Granite Monthly source if you can. Says he returned to the Republicans and then the Democrats chose him as a representative I believe.in the State Senate is what is indicated. Bit like I said I can't swear it's not some sort of town representative position. FloridaArmy (talk) 02:25, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
