Correct title?[edit]

I think "Northeast Ohio Traction and Lighting Company" should read "Northern Ohio Traction and Lighting Company", see [1]. Can anyone confirm this? Biscuittin (talk) 21:28, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Van Aken Station[edit]

I made some edits to the "Remaining Traces" section. This RR never ran through Shaker Heights. I do not know if the cited article confused it with the Cleveland & Chagrin Falls line or simply made a dumb assumption. There is no evidence of a former station with a historical marker on Van Aken Blvd, and the tracks were not laid down Van Aken until the Van Swerigans built them there in the 20s. I cited a page with a 1919 map of the railroads of Cleveland on it that clearly shows the Northern Ohio Traction & Light Co following the current path of Broadway Avenue. I do not know the topology of the rail line where Broadway meets Northfield, so I did not mention it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.225.0.83 (talk) 19:00, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
