Thanks for that note. I don't know how to reply directly.

Haven't heard much about dimentia in A4V (patients die too quickly, maybe?). However, I seem to recall reading that G41D had an uncommonly high incidence of dementia.

I am curious, do you have slides of ALS spinal cords laying around? why don't you take a picture and post it?
