New ward boundaries[edit]

The ward boundaries were redrawn for this election (hence why all seats were up for election), and even the wards with the same names are often quite different geographically. I feel like it would be better to declare all results new seats rather than holds/gains. For comparison, the new map is available at [1] and the old one at [2].
