Number of players per match?[edit]
I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but it looks like teams don't have to select 11 player per match, and instead can swap in bowlers/batsmen between innings. I've had a quick search for a news story mentioning this change - I don't think it was the case in previous editions of the tournament - but can't find anything. Can anyone else hunt down something to reference? Thanks, HornetMike (talk) 15:50, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
- @HornetMike: these are the matches happening today/yesterday? These are warm-up matches, with the team able to play all 15 players, if they wish. In the tournament proper, it will be 11 per side. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 20:16, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
- Aha, right - thank you! The BBC website didn't label them as such. HornetMike (talk) 23:51, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
