My understanding that it will be goal difference if NZ and Kenya happen to win. Can't find an official source but a NZ reporter tweeted this and wrote this in the newspaperHead-to-head results are the first tiebreaker, followed by goal difference.NZFC(talk) 05:46, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
