Fixing the Infobox Tournament Reference[edit]

Can anyone suggest an easy fix to the infobox used on this page? It is an excellent template to use for this article's content in all ways except one. The infobox references the Division I tournament history. It should link together the Division II history. This information is hard-coded into the template, and I do not feel confident enough to attempt a change or a copy/edit of that template. Any suggestions/fixes would be appreciated.
