Are the singles sales published on this page just physical sales, or are they a combination of physical (e.g. CD) and download sales?

According to this report: http://www.ukmix.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33543&start=150 sales of Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie" are over 30000 this week, and Maneater sold about 35000 copies?!
